Working Hours

Appointment Request

Appointments can be made by calling the office during office hours. Appointments can also be requested online though our website. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling our office. For new patients, to make sure there are no delays in your care during your visit to Sugar Land Advanced OB/GYN Center, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your registration information before meeting with the doctor. You can also download and complete the Medical information and Registration forms which can be found on the website under Patient’s resources before the visit. Please remember to bring:
  • Your insurance card
  • Valid photo ID
  • Office co-pay fee amount
  • List of current medications
  • Your current pharmacy telephone number
  • Previous medical records
To respect the time of all of patients, our staffs strive to stay on schedule so that other patients do not have to wait. However, emergencies do arise during office hours. We will try to inform you of the delay as expeditiously as possible. For patients who are delayed and arrive late for appointment, every effort will be made to see you the same day. However, wait times may apply, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled especially for those patients with a scheduled procedure. For life-threatening emergencies, call “911” or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

After Hours

If you have an urgent medical matter after office hours, please call (281) 322-2222 for the answering service telephone number listed in the after-hour message. Please inform the answering office that you are my patient and the nature of your emergency. They will get in touch with me or the on-call physician. If you are unable to get in touch with us, please go directly to any urgent care centers or the nearest emergency room.

Prescriptions

It is best to call your current pharmacy for any prescription refills. Prescription refills for antibiotics, pain medications, birth control pills, hormonal medications are processed during office hours only. Please keep a current pharmacy number with our office. If you have not been seen for more than a year, please schedule an appointment with our office before your prescription can be refilled.

Medical Questions

If you have any questions regarding your medical care, please call during office hours. If the medical assistant is not available, you may leave a message with the front office and our medical assistant will return your call as soon as possible.

Holidays

The office will be closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
