If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling our office. There will be a fee for no show or canceling the appointment less than 24 hours notice,
For the new patient, to make sure there are no delays in care during your visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your registration is complete before meeting with your new doctor. Please remember to bring:

  • Your insurance card
  • Valid photo ID
  • Office co-pay
  • List of current medications
  • Your current pharmacy number

In an effort to respect the time of all of patients, our staffs strive to stay on schedule so that other patients do not have to wait. However, emergencies do arise during office hours. We will try to inform you of the delay as expeditiously as possible.
For patients who are delayed and arrive late for appointment, every effort will be made to see them the same day. However, wait times may apply, or appointments may need to be rescheduled especially for those patients with a scheduled procedure.
For life-threatening emergencies, call “911” or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

The answering service number is listed at the beginning of the telephone message. Please call the answering number informing them that you are my patient and the nature of your emergency. They will get in touch with me or the on-call physician. If you are unable to get in touch with us, please go directly to the emergency room at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital

If you have any questions regarding your medical care, please call during our office hours. If the nurse is not available, you may be asked to leave a message and our nurse will return your call as soon as possible. If there is an emergency or if you are in labor, please ask our office staff to return your call right away.

Prescription refills are processed during office hours only. Please provide us with a telephone number of a major pharmacy number close to your home or work. If you have not been seen for more than a year, please schedule an appointment with our office before your prescription can be refilled.

The office will be closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
