Office Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Lunch Hour: 1:00pm - 2:00pm

After Hours

If there is an emergency or if you are in labor after office hours, please call 281-322-2222. The answering service number is listed at the beginning of the telephone message. Please call the answering number informing them that you are my patient and the nature of your emergency. They will get in touch with me or the on-call physician. If you are unable to get in touch with us, please go directly to emergency room at Memorial Hermann Hospital Southwest.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling our office.

For your office visit, please plan to arrive to the office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you have time to fill out the paper works or updating any new information. Please also bring your insurance card, driver’s license or a valid picture identification card and co-payment if required. Please also bring a list of your current medications.

We like to keep your appointment as short as possible because we know that your time is just as valuable. However, emergency does arise during the office hours. We will try to inform you of the delay as expeditiously as possible.

Insurance and Billing

We will try our very best to assist out patients in filing the insurance claims once the medical services have been completed. If you have questions regarding your bills, insurance claims or our financial policies, please contact our insurance specialist.

Our office requires full payment at the time of service. We accept most major credit cards, checks and cash.

Medical Questions

If you have any questions regarding your medical care, please call during our office hours. If the nurse is not available, you may be asked to leave a message and our nurse will return your call as soon as possible.

If there is an emergency or if you are in labor, please ask our office staff to return your call right away.


Prescription refills are processed during office hours only. Please provide us with a telephone number of a major pharmacy (CVS, Walgreen, HEB, Wal-Mart…) close to your home or work. If you have not been seen for more than a year, please schedule an appointment with our office before your prescription can be refilled.
